"Credited To" vs. "Sold By" on an Order

What is the "Sold By" field?
The "Sold By" field shows the sponsor of the person making the purchase. This reflects the current sponsor of the account.

What is the "Credited To" field?
The "Credited To" field indicates whether the order is made by a personal distributor or a customer.

• For customer orders, the "Credited To" field will show the sponsor of the customer.
• For distributor orders, the "Credited To" field will show the distributor’s own account.

How are these fields updated?

1. Sponsorship Changes: If a customer's sponsor is updated, the "Credited To" field will be changed for all orders in the current commission period to reflect the new sponsor.

2. Customer Becomes a Distributor: If a customer upgrades to a distributor, the "Credited To" field will be updated for all orders in the current open period to reflect the distributor's account.
